Very helpful people (Mark) – I had a plumbing problem and am not a professional plumber and the person who worked there, Mark was incredibly helpful. He spent a lot of time with me making sure I had the correct pieces I needed to finish the project and was great about a return I had to make. I would definitely go out of my way to buy something there for future plumbing projects.
No prices on their items. – Thanks for the warning. I left work early today to get there (Wednesday evenings won't work). I heard wondrous tales about the place. It does indeed have a breath robbing assortment of bath items in a beautiful setting. I am sure the people there are nice, but in truth, their willingness to provide information is limited. Post opening hours. for the love of God. – Well, it's great if you are a homemaker with days free, but those of us who work won't get to know it. I went three times before I got smart and looked here. Friday after Thanksgiving, Saturday after Thanksgiving, this Saturday. Not only not open, but nobody had the courtesy or the sense of customer service to post the odd hours on the door. Thanks B&B. JC got my dime.
Nice people here! Beautiful showroom and huge selection! – Bath and Beyond has everything you need to create your dream bathroom, I did! This place is hands down the largest bath show room in the city. They are open till 8pm on Weds. bathtubs, faucets, sink bowls, mirrors, Everything!! The sales staff was friendly and made me feel at ease instead of rushing off to the next person.
Worst customer service/pricey items – This place is too pricey, I can find everything half price at other retail stores. Services was too snobby. When I was there, I was the only one customer in the entire store, and there were so many sales person wondering around as if there are so busy, I couldn't get anyone to help me find what I'm looking for. I would not recommend this snobby place to anyone. I rather go somewhere else with a good service/find a better deal than this store.

Rudest people I have ever encountered. – *This review is my experience only. If you are a contractor, it may be very different. But beware, the Little Guy... *Bought a new air conditioner fan motor from them with written specs from the repairman who was to install it. When I got home I found it was the right fan, but wrong mount for my unit. Simple enough. Good source for plumbing but a little steep in prices – Nothing good to say, have some stock but price wise watch out!! Some times they are to busy to handle the little guys, so if you are a small company might as well wait in line at home depot
