We were going to look at a couple bathroom stores, but, soon after Melissa greeted us we knew instantly that this is who we wanted to work with on our bathroom remodel. Melissa’s expertise, knowledge, non-pushy attitude and creative vision were so appreciated. I've wanted a Toto Washlet since visiting a beautiful hotel in Istanbul Turkey in 2011....ten years is a long time to wait but Melissa made it happen for me.
