Was looking for a new company to come in and help remove bats from our property as prior company did not succeed 100%. At first, they were very responsive. Immediately emailed back, setup an initial visit shortly after to check out the issue, and arrived promptly at date/time of appointment. Promised to email back by end of week with a quote. We had a squirrel problem in our home and we were freaking out! Rob came out and thoroughly inspected our home. He found the nesting spot (underneath an addition) and gave instructions to prevent squirrels from returning. Rob then inspected over our garage and the entire foundation and gave ideas for mouse proofing. Nothing but praise for this company!!

Rob came out, assessed the problem, fully explained what our options were and the process he would use, and gave a very reasonable estimate on the spot. We had him do a bat exclusion, and several weeks later, a full attic cleanout (insulation removal, cleanup droppings, sanitize, etc.). The bats have not come back, and the attic is immaculate. Couldn't be happier. Rob is a great guy, very responsive, and happily answered all questions about what chemicals would be used, etc. Highly recommended.
