DON'T TRUST THIS DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENT! First, the dealership refused to honor my factory oil change warranty. Then, agreed to cover the oil change only if I agreed to additional service requiring parts that were marked up at 300% above retail.

I bought this 2022 Jeep Gladiator Willys Eco Diesel with 10 miles on it (13 after the test drive) a few years back. I put less than 160 miles on it and got a check engine light. Took it in to be fixed, obviously I wasn't happy. But at the beginning they were nice. They gave me a Cherokee to drive and while it was nice I bought the Jeep so I could take the top and doors off so that didn't make me any happier..Service department couldn't figure out the problem. They cleared the code drive it a while and everything seemed fine.... read more
