I have had ongoing issues with Batesville Chrysler with my 2009 Dodge Journey that had a "lifetime" warranty on the drivetrain. I had this car in for service within 3 months of a mandatory drivetrain inspection in 2024 which was not done then and the dealer did not alert me of. Subsequently, I had the car in for service again recently and was told the "power transfer unit" was going out and the part alone cost $3200 not including labor and oh, by the way, the lifetime drivetrain warranty is no longer valid because I missed t... read more

DON'T TRUST THIS DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENT! First, the dealership refused to honor my factory oil change warranty. Then, agreed to cover the oil change only if I agreed to additional service requiring parts that were marked up at 300% above retail.
