As someone starting a new business chapter, Lincoln from Batesville was willing to text with me at 10:30pm. Reasonably, I figured he would ignore my late-night inquiry until the next business day. It took me 4 different times with a different company to get a response back, only to be told I need to fill out a new customer application before any real discussion began. I've always known Batesville to have quality supplies, but now I know Batesville also has quality customer service teams to help.
