Bates Nut Farm started with walnuts, but now purchases nuts from all over the world. Pistachios, pecans, cashews, peanuts, pignolias, sunflower seeds and much more can be purchased on the farm. The nuts come raw, roasted, some spiced up and unsalted. To ensure quality and freshness we roast and package our nuts on the farm. The Bates family takes pride in providing a quality product at a fair price. It's part of the tradition.

I can spend hours shopping at Bates! You can taste just about anything from nuts to fudge made in the house! I also love looking around in the back section which looks like a country gift store. I do Christmas gift shopping there, amoung other holidays. Halloween time there's fun for the kids, too!
we have gone every year since my son was 1. I went as a kid too. so many fun things to do and packages for all budgets.
There was enough to keep a three year old’s attention for the morning. Fed the chickens; pet the goats, bunnies, and pigs; got his face painted, rode a pony, went on a hayride,and picked out a pumpkin. The adults had time to do a little shopping. Don’t miss out on the fudge. It’s delish😋
Great staff, beautiful place, huge. We will go there every year from now on.
Went on a Monday and had a great time. The people working there were so helpful to us. My mom and I couldn't life a giant pumpkin and they were more than happy to help us with it and even put it in my car. Great place to go and spend the day.
