Bates Nut Farm started with walnuts, but now purchases nuts from all over the world. Pistachios, pecans, cashews, peanuts, pignolias, sunflower seeds and much more can be purchased on the farm. The nuts come raw, roasted, some spiced up and unsalted. To ensure quality and freshness we roast and package our nuts on the farm. The Bates family takes pride in providing a quality product at a fair price. It's part of the tradition.

This place is awesome! The drive there was gorgeous. I loved the craft fair, pancake breakfast, and little shops. Found a ton of great trinkets! I'll be back again for sure :)

Such a beautiful farm to take the kids to. The pumpkins are huge.
Brought my kids here, when they were young, now bringing my grandkids. It just gets better every year! So much to do, and very reasonable. Bates never disappoints!!!
My family and I always enjoy events at Bates Nut Farm. This was my 5 yr at the Christmas Festival and 11th year for the fall festival. My issue every time is that the portable bathrooms are dirt, not enough to accommodate the crowds and no hand washing station. Both of these events are geared towards children and there should be some place for them to wash their hand. I hope that you will review your current situation and the next event will have these things provided.

Great atmosphere, lots of craft booths and a spectacular pumpkin patch. A great day trip for the family.
