Bates Nut Farm started with walnuts, but now purchases nuts from all over the world. Pistachios, pecans, cashews, peanuts, pignolias, sunflower seeds and much more can be purchased on the farm. The nuts come raw, roasted, some spiced up and unsalted. To ensure quality and freshness we roast and package our nuts on the farm. The Bates family takes pride in providing a quality product at a fair price. It's part of the tradition.

I have been coming to Bates since I was a kid. It a fun tradition for my mom and I to come to the craft fair on Thanksgiving weekend. I was very disappointed in the amount of vendors. Not sure about last year, missed due to the passing of my dad. We never miss a year! I was shocked to see the small number of vendors...and too many jewelry and crocheted item vendors. Not a good variety. Make me sad....I LOVED coming here but may need to find somewhere else to start a new tradition. :(
traveled from Las Vegas had a great time lots of baby animals and a few new animals this time
Great place for kids! We come here every year during Halloween time & my family has such a fun time. Thanks Bates Nut Farm for giving us this treat for our kids!
We were there from 9 to 3:30 ! We had awsome family time ! Mechanic al bull, slides, petting zoo, ponies, balloons, jumpers, tractor ride ! We always get the tri-tip sandwich’s best ever ! This has been a 20 year old tradition ! For my 3 sons and know I’m bringing my grand kids as well ! Homemade fudge and of course the pumpkins !
