Bates Nut Farm started with walnuts, but now purchases nuts from all over the world. Pistachios, pecans, cashews, peanuts, pignolias, sunflower seeds and much more can be purchased on the farm. The nuts come raw, roasted, some spiced up and unsalted. To ensure quality and freshness we roast and package our nuts on the farm. The Bates family takes pride in providing a quality product at a fair price. It's part of the tradition.

Fun place. Lots of great items for gift giving, or yourself. Love the food items, which can be made in to a really nice gift basket. Love going there to get all my baking items, for the Christmas season.

Bates is an extraordinary family destinations! Holiday& Monthly activity’s... it is a beautiful drive just to get there, the array of animals to see and goats to feed. Lots of unusual goodies in the store... picnic benches, beautiful grassy knolls.
We have been going every year for about 6 years now. My daughters have a really good time in the hay maze and picking out their pumpkins. The experince part is great. The last two years the prices keep going up and they even charge for parking which they didn't until 2 years ago. We may start to consider a place closer to home. We drive down from Murrieta.
Love Bates Nut Farm. As a single mom, I wish I had more resources to bless my kids when we are there. There's a lot to choose from and to do. We go every year. Simplicity, farm life, nature, yummy food, beauty....we need to retreat once in a while. Bates Nut Farm makes a place for that to happen.
It’s a great place to look at the animals and the shop is fun with lots of goods.
Awesome place !!! Recommend to take the family there.
