I dealt with Joe and Carol Bates way back in 1985 when I was a 28 year old kid and they were so compassionate and understanding with me. And they did a wonderful job with Sammy.....I will always be so grateful to them. Mike and Josh are just as good!!! I have dealt with them also as the years have gone by. They are two of the most compassionate people I know.
