In the midst of our trial with losing one of my daughter’s twins, there were some very bright spots too. One amazing thing involved Bates Funeral Chapel of Oskaloosa, Iowa and it’s owner Michael Sytsma. Have you ever heard of a funeral home that will not charge for any of its services for a baby funeral (and have been doing this since the 1950s)?
