great service had a alarm system for my house installed and am very satisfied.What i liked was the fact that i didn't have to sign a 3 year contract, like i would of had to with ADT or some of those other big companies.I really liked the local and quick response to a couple of minor problems. I would recommend Bates to anyone that is looking for a good value on security for you home or bushiness.

M B Nobody in town can hold a candle to Bates when it comes to trying to find the right item and at a very agreeable price. I have gotten cell phones , car stereos, and a home alarm from them. No regrets!!! Would recommend them to anyone.

Good Service This electronic store carries all your needs for your car. They carry a wide assortment of alarms and they even install them for you for a fee. But some of their prices get a bit high, but they do carry some items that you cannot find anywhere else in Ada. I used this electronic store to purchase and to set up my Directv satilitte system and I was very satisfied with their service.
