Bates Electric was customer service focused. They came to my residence promptly, addressed my smoke alarm issues, installed new units and towed-up to make sure all circuits were working properly. I am very satisfied with Bates in Naples, FL and our service electrician Alex was great. Will definitely use Bates in the future.
I was looking to install an interlock kit prior to hurricane season in south Florida for a generator. Found SWFL Electric and decided to get a quote. Bert the electrician came out and went to great lengths to explain the whole process and I didn't feel pressured at all to accept the quote. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. A week later they came out and the job was done in an hour and a half. Highly recommended! I haven't tried to use the interlock yet but I know they have a 3 year warranty if anything goes wrong!
Becarefull when you place a service call , they even charge to come over, "Trip charge + Labor", loose wire in receptacle cost me $250.00 to get it fixed, WOW....
Alex was a great help. Very personal and efficient.
