It was a horrible experience! They demanded payment when the work was not even completed and got very nasty when I told them they had to finish the job to get paid. I was called and screamed at on my job at 7:30 at night by a supervisor again demanding payment and almost lost my job. My client could hear them screaming at me from across the room. What a rip off- i called in asking if my normal gfi plugs in garage were 120 amps for my golf cart. The person that I spoke to at bates agreed that we need to get 120amps. I got charged $250 to tell me that these gfi plugs are good. What a ripoff company- i could have understood 1/2 that, but they screwed me start to finish. Electrician did nothing. Bates is unethical organization
