Experience going there I have none. However on the phone it seems to always be one specific woman who answers. She’s very rude. She has cut me off and there was a time when I called and she was going to look for a tire size for me to see if they had it. I was so n hold for a good 15 minutes and I decided to hang up and immediately call her back. I asked called to ask how much it cost to balance 4 tires..the girl on the phone said 30$ so I went and dropped off the tires. When I came back later to pick them up, the same girl then tells me its 60$. I told her the price I was quoted on the phone but she denied ever saying that. Response 1: I know exactly what kind of service I was asking for, I specifically asked for tire balancing for 4 tires already on rims and was told 30$ over the phone. Absolutely amazing place, would recommend all my friends an family to come here. First experience here, showed up to buy tires close to closing an they were able to put them on for me even though they were very busy. All very kind, everyone who spoke with me was so amazing

Bateman Tires on Stanley Ave runs like a crew that knows the value of time and straight talk. I dropped in expecting the usual runaround—you know, the “come back in two hours and maybe we’ll look at it” routine. Instead, they had the tire off, fixed, and back on before I could finish a coffee. Prices? Low enough you check twice to make sure they didn’t forget something. Service?
