My wife came to buy winter tires, and I’m shocked at how low someone can go over a few used tires. My car has only 40k km, and I trusted this shop to install winter tires and return my original summer ones. Instead, they swapped my good Toyo summer tires for old, scrap ones. When I confronted them, instead of resolving the issue, they insulted me and called me a scammer — all over a few second-hand tires.
