Bruce Shepherd sells there second hand outboard and is very deceitful. “Forgets” to mention very important information about the motor. Wouldn’t trust a company that is associated with this type of behaviour. I was told they give the motors to him so it doesn’t come under their name.
Great customer service, I needed some stuff sent really quickly for a planned trip and the team had it overnighted to my house. 10/10
Had a problem with my boat trailer and needed some tips on how to operate my Minn Kota electric motor. Joel and Adam were fantastic. Great guys, great service and cannot recommend this business highly enough.
Ryan and the team were responsive, and thorough. Communication was excellent, and they demonstrated strong boating knowledge without bias. Excellent business worth supporting. ..... forward 12 months. Nothing short of excellence. 1st service on DF 140. Nothing was too much effort for Ryan and his team. Service was straight forward .... but it's the things you don't see. Software upgrade on Garmin, adjusted the tilt as the engine crowl was close to boat. Showed the environmental benefit of Suzuki's "plastics" filter. Amazing.... read more
