I called into Batemans Bay Cycles to ask for some advice on a gravel riding route. The team’s local knowledge was incredibly helpful, giving me tips on what roads to avoid, how to travel safely and enjoy the ride. Not only that, they went above and beyond, offering me help with packing my bike up for transit the next day. Just so helpful AND they have a great range of bikes and gear. Thoroughly recommend a visit to this shop.
Kate and Vicki have always been friendly and more then willing to help get me rolling, cannot recommend them highly enough to help with any cycling you might have.
If I could give no stars I would. Horribly rude staff who made you feel that being in their shop was the biggest inconvenience of their day.
