Super knowledgeable and helpful
I had an unusual and excessive crankshaft movement coming from my Ebike motor, i took it to another local shop (big mistake)who i thought was a friend, they did no diagnosis, didn't listen to my description of the problem and didn't pass on any information to the warranty department!! We hired two e-bikes for three hours and enjoyed our ride around gorgeous Batemans Bay. Excellent service from Batemans Bay Cycles, from the online booking procedure making bike hire easy, to the route and coffee recommendations and bikes in top condition.
