Current tenant and their maintenance department is HORRIBLE! I have been in a home for 6 months and never called maintenance and when I do because of a clogged tub they charged me 85 dollars because it was clogged from hair yet there was never a drain cover they added it at the time of service and never informed me of the charge I found it on my bill as I was going to pay rent EARLY! And they state because I didn’t mark it on my pre move in checklist it’s my fault! Very disappointed in the customer first part of this company... read more
