Hi Cam. Just wanted to send you a note about the truly amazing service my wife and I received yesterday in your store. My wife’s mother passed away recently and my wife needed to get two of her mother’s gold chains unknotted and clasp repaired in order to gift them to granddaughters . The woman who looked after us was so great. She unknotted the chain, put the clasp back on and even cleaned the chains. She was pleasant and could not be more helpful. We have been clients with Bateman jewellers for 35+ years. My husband grew up with the family and original owners. Took my ring in to be fixed and appraised. We bought my ring, my husbsnd and i matching bands and custom anniverasry band from them. In the past we always fixed and had our rings appraised at Batemans. We were quoted 780$ plus tax to fix my ring through them. Took to another jewelers because felt they were over charging us even though we have been loyal customers for many years.
