RecommendedDr Bateh really cares about each and everyone of his patients I have gone to several different places and worked for several different places I have never seen a doctor more dedicated and committed to helping his patients dr Laurie is just as amazing plus look at these glass Gucci Prescription glasses at a good price wouldn’t want to go anywhere else

Lady who fits glasses is rude & has a attitude they also asked me leave & permanently banned me without glasses when I tried to fix the issue. They told people I was rude & have a attitude for reporting the lady who fits glasses. All I did was ask for help finding larger frames. I almost can’t legally drive without glasses. Told my roommate my insurance plus cash wasn’t welcome there & they tried to make me leave without offering sunglasses after dialating my eyes
RecommendedDr. Bateh is amazing! I've been a patient for 13 or so years...now I can't see him. If you are on Medicare or Medicaid (United Healthcare)...you have to pay cash. I cannot pay...so no care! VERY sad I have to loose my care ...MONEY WINS...we go blind!

Hello Delmarie, unfortunately we do not accept United Healthcare HMO, UHC Dual complete, or UHC Medicaid. We accept almost every other Medicare/Medicaid plan, including Humana, WellCare, and Care plus. We miss you and would love to see you back in our office!
fiance was permanently banned just for asking a question about larger frames. when I called to speak to a manager the receptionist also sounded like she didn't even really care. just the way she replied sounded like an emotionless robot response.

We kindly asked your fiancé that she wait for the optician as she was with another patient, and she insisted on being helped right away and raised her voice in our office. You were very apologetic for her actions and seemed very understanding. We thank you for that.
