the people overall are friendly ,informative and caring. paul batastini is not only Italian but he knows what to do . does not guess and whatever the solution he will talk to you and break it down so you can understand everything . financially they will work with you and your insurance and do everything they can .I am so grateful that I found him for my kids their teeth are great now it's been a long process but they are great
I highly recommend Batastini Orthodontics. Dr. Paul and his entire staff are so awesome. They are friendly, kind and genuinely care about your treatment and you! They make you feel very comfortable and treat you more like family than patients.
From Dr B to Dr Paul, and the office staff; this is an incredible, caring office. From your first initial visit to the end. When my daughters needed braces there was no other office that I had to compare to. I knew from day one, that this was the office for them. We are a 2nd generation family.
The staff is professional and well versed in all aspects of orthodontics. All three of the offices are always clean and well organized. So glad I found Dr Paul and his staff to treat my daughter.
