Called in the AM to get an estimate on repairs and was told I had to bring my vehicle in. Ok, took appt and walked in and told them I need to get my quote for four items. I had one quote in hand (wanted to compare) and was told I would have to pay $60 to even get a comparable written estimate. I told him I was told they could this morning but now it's $60 with no wrench work. Worst customer service (attitude and ladies bring a man with you because I wish I would have). Bat's automotive is easily the best place to go for repair. They are very friendly and highly professional. They are extremely good in diagnosing the problem and suggesting repair work. More importantly they are punctual. I will recommend without hesitation.
Bat helped to diagnose a bad noise coming from my car while steeing. He took it on a test drive with me to make sure we were both hearing the same noise that needed addressing. When we got back to the garage, he looked at it in the garage, and gave me a couple of options for repair. He gave advice on the different options, and he was up front about possible other issues that could come up during the repair. He finished the work earlier than he quoted! Brake line blew on my C7 so I sent it in for Bat to look at and he had it done in a timely manner. Will come back for any future work!
