I have been in Logistics for over 30 years and dispatching for the last 10...there are only 2 other brokers I loved to work with and they both used to work for Echo. And now I have Mike! Mike Duncan with Bat Logistics is Awesome! I enjoy working with him and his Team...Mike always make me feel like he cares and he does everything he can to always help me...that's rare in this business! I appreciate him! With all we go through in this business, Mike and his team makes it a very pleasant experience to work with daily!

We did first load for Bat Logistics and is definitely the last one. We had issues at the shipper with the pickup numbers and took us 2 hours to check in, because of this the appointment time was missed. During this process we communicated to the broker, and he said that is aware of the situation and detention would be paid in full no additional questions. We ended up with 51 minutes of the detention time and they refused to pay for this time and instead paid just a half hour. The excuse used was, they round up the hour ever... read more
