Just didn’t go well. The owner shares my first name Matthew and is actually a nice guy. That said his level of accountability is VERY low. Offers to really care take for the property beyond the cleaning and for us dropped the ball in every way. Don’t get me wrong he is probably great taking care of your home once a month for residential cleans but he is entirely unable to handle an Airbnb or short term rental.
