Some were answered Was this psychologist's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this psychologist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

I emailed Dr. Bastien to make an appointment via her website and after a week of not hearing back, I called and left her a message. She did return my call and I was able to make an appointment for my husband and I to see her. Maybe this should have clued me in on her follow-through skills. When we went in for our appointment, we didn't have to wait long to see her and when we were with her she seemed very nice and attentive. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this psychologist answer all your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
