We had our whole first floor redone with lvp and upstairs carpeted by Bastians. The flooring turned out seamless! It brightened our space and took 15 years off our home. The selection of flooring was incredible and the sales personnel were extremely knowledgeable on what floor would hold up best against toddlers and two large dogs! I can’t recommend Bastian enough! We shopped around quite a bit before deciding on who to go with. A lot of other companies marketed low carpet prices per square foot, but came back with extremely high quotes after all the “extras” & unnecessary square footage. Purchased and Installed new carpet in Bedroom and Master bedroom. Sales people very helpful and friendly. Julie came out and measured. She was on time, very friendly and helpful . The installation crew was top notch. They were on time, very polite. They did a quality installation and cleaned up after themselves. They vacuumed the carpets after the installation and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend using Bastian for your flooring.

We just used Bastian Carpet One for the first time since the early 1990's. We had a very bad experience when we used them in the 90's. Rolling the clock forward over 20 years, I am amazed at the totally different and very positive experience we just had with them. In early September of this year, my wife and I began shopping around for about 750 sf of new carpeting for our basement family room.
