Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Did this psychiatrist listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? I really like Dr. Basta. The stars are for him. The front office staff, however, is a nightmare. They don't answer the phone, they don't return calls, they don't tell you when the doctor is running late and they are generally incompetent and rude.

Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes, they could have waited Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychiatrist's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Does this psychiatrist always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.
