my unit in the Lamys building had the lock removed so they could replace the latch and they never notified me! They did not replace the lock and they left my unit unlocked for God knows how long. my unit has been gone through and I am missing items! They can't go back and see on the cameras because its been so long. I choose this storage facility because of the climate control and the security. I'm very disappointed! Outstanding facility. Climate controlled, well lite, easy access with loading dock and large dollies provided. Highly recommended.
