Bassett Services didn’t fix my plumbing problem instead they gave me an estimate for $4,905 that still would not have fixed my problem. My husband fixed our plumbing problem and he is not a plumber and it took him less than 30 minutes and only $20. They wanted to tear up my house and charge me almost $5,000 for a job that only cost $20. They are still trying to get $325 out of us for a job that my husband did. They didn't fix anything. Bassett services took over my warranty. I had a hassle free warranty for 10 years! We're 6 years in and we are on the 2nd thermostat. And last night I turned it down it rapidly went in to the 50's. It would not go up it still saying I'm pushing the down button. Clearly the touch pad is going out. It was going to be in the 20's I opened it to reset it. I am so pleased with the expertise and service from Bassett Service Techs Rodney and Wyatt. Arriving on time to install an American Standard Gold 17 A/C. and Gold S9V2 Gas Furnace. They wasted no time getting started and worked steadily until both jobs were completed. Any questions I asked were answer with courteous and knowledgeable responses from both of them. I definitely had a five star service from beginning to end when they cleaned up after the job was completed.
The project, annual service of the air conditioner, proved to be time-consuming, because there was no outside water source available. The technician was patient and persistent, and the job got done.
Our recent service to our AC Unit as part of our contract was thorough, and provided an excellent assessment of our current , older unit. We appreciate the courteous technician.
On 12/19/2017 Josh was scheduled to perform maintenance on our GEO unit , in addition he added a WI-FI capable thermostat. He was on time, answered all my questions, very professional along with a friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! I was pleased with the results of his visit!
