My wife was the executor of a trust with property in Weirsdale. She knew no one in the area and had no idea with whom to list the property. We were so extremely fortunate to have chosen Sharon. Her service was simply outstanding. She had knowledge of prior sales in the area, helped set a realistic price for the property and kept us advised of her marketing of the property. I have purchased a home 3 different times. Sharon Bassett and Alicia were by far the best people I have worked with. They made the entire experience enjoyable and fun with their personalities. Truly a joy to be around. They worked hard for us every step of the way, selling and buying a new home. In the current market our home was under contract in only 4 days and we got full asking price!
