A small housing community hired Bassett for lawn care and maintenance, expecting growth and aesthetic improvements. Bassett just cuts grass (and broke a lawn light) and blows leaves around (in the carport). They don’t plant/nurture flowers. They don’t repair or grow the grass (after construction).
