Christine Glabicki at Bassett Furniture was fantastic to work with. So knowledgeable with amazing taste. She went above and beyond to come to my new home and help with all of our decorating needs. We thought the quality at Bassett was above the standard you see out there and we will definitely be using Basset and Christine in the future with our furniture needs!

I am so disappointed in my recent experience. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. After 6 weeks, I reached out to find out it was sitting in their warehouse. It took another 2 weeks to be delivered only to have a piece missing even though I was charged the full amount. I called a couple times to get the missing piece and the delivery kept getting pushed. Christine was the utmost professional while we explored the Bassett friends and family sale. She answered all of our questions with patience, entertained us while we made and altered our decisions, and adjusted them again (lol). She shared her wealth of knowledge and years of experience without fail and with great attention to detail.
