Our sales experience here was fantastic. However, the quality is a different story. We spent over 5k on a Beckham sectional and even paid more for the upgraded memory foam cushions and it is terrible. The cushions sink down now when you sit on them. This couch is only 9 months old. Very unhappy with this purchase. I thought that this was supposed to be superior quality furniture, boy was I wrong.
Christine Glabicki was very professional and easy to work with in the design. She "listened" to what I was looking for and immediately was able to provide the design and fabric I was looking for. I highly recommend and appreciate her knowledge and attention to dtails.
Wonderful sales people. Christine was so very helpful. Not pushy at all. She was very knowledgeable and so easy to talk to and work with. Kind and honest. I was also pleased with the Bassett furniture quality - classic yet on trend enough and without insane prices - on the higher end but not insane.
Working with Lynne at Bassett has been a fantastic experience! She is a knowledgable and creative designer that is also kind and patient. Choosing furniture can be stressful but Lynne’s professional touch gave us confidence in making every decision.
