Dr. Eldaif really cares about his patients and his staff!! He has always been very supportive and listens to his patients. His staff are absolutely wonderful and amazing!! I have never had a bad experience with this practice or the staff!! He’s also taking care of my husband now as well!!
I am revising my recently updated review, which expressed my dissatisfaction with Dr. Eldaidf's practice. However, the doctor and his staff went out of their way to accommodate me today and I now have a greater degree of confidence that the UroLift procedure will eventually work for me. And to their credit, they reached out to me immediately once they knew of my concerns and have done their best to address them to my satisfaction. Clearly, Dr. Eldaif and team care a great deal about providing an excellent patient experience.
