Dr. Bassel was very caring and had wonderful bedside as well as knowledgeable and informative. I did not have any scheduling problems or issues.
I tried 3 times since this morning today to make schedule appointment to see doctor Bassel but none answer my phones and for the last waiting after they put me on hole for several minutes to get answer the answer machine said isn't available. What's that mean? Is everybody on front desk don't have time to answer or no one seat on that front desk?
