I had a great experience at Bsss. The staff is very professional and the doctor explained the upcoming procedure as well as asked if I had any questions or concerns. At Bass I did not have to wait to be seen as typical with other medical appointments.
My experience at BASS Vein Center was terrific from beginning to end. Customer service at check in was professional and pleasant with front desk personnel. The doctor was equally professional and personable, informing me of my test results, answering my questions, and discussing next steps clearly and, again, responding to questions clearly in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend BASS.
