No one answers the phone! And the phone tree takes you in circles
I just visited and the front staff told me that this facility is closed, no longer doing business as an urgent care. It is their responsibility to remove type of classifications from the google site. This is misleading patients. In healthcare people visit due to emergency situations it could indeed compromised people health.
Big reason I’m with Bass. Easy to be seen. Testing facilities all there. Dr Warren is great. I no longer wrestle with my primary Dr and scheduling same days which are near impossible. This is a jewel for Bass.
I can always get seen very quickly , the staff and the doctors are always very efficient and kind , I am very thankful to have this Bass urgent care close to our home .
Best experience ever-super courteous staff/super efficient appointment. Will book here every time for me and my family-thank you!
