Waited an 1 hour and a half just to look at a pistol. Then the kid sold me a firearm with a chipped barrel. Had to send back to manufacturer after one day. Not sure how that got missed. Very aggravating. Amy contacted me to "resolve" the issue. She stopped contacting me and I constantly had to follow up with her. They showed no accountability for their error as they blamed Kimber for shipping the firearm with a chipped barrell. I had to pay $40 to have the gun returned to me.
