DO NOT PURCHASE THE GEAR GUARD PREMIUM PROTECTION! When they sold it to me, I was told that it would cover replacing the item. She neglected to tell me that I would have to pay tax on the item. AGAIN. Why am I paying tax on an even swap. Will never shop here again. Employees not helpful at all. At least be honest with your customers.
Very disappointed this year in the new way to see Santa!!!! No where does it say that you need a pass to see Santa. To turn kids down was very upsetting to me!! We have been coming here for years and this is just crap what yall have turned into!!! Will NEVER again come back to your store!!!! Horrible horrible horrible how yall treated kids this year! Have been saving my bass pro gift cards for three years. Went to the Lawrenceville store last night to cash them in for a new graph. It was unavailable in the store and the customer service folks went above and beyond to not only get it ordered but to help me cash in all those cards -which took until closing time! Excellent Service!
Found everything I wanted and needed with help from great staff and enjoyed my trip just like always! Got some great deals and I can't wait to go back!

I was in there on may 20 to buy a smoker. Couldn't tell me if elec.or gas your Preference. Got ready to put it buggy no help from salesmen. Heavy. Disspointed
