Your whole Santa "bass pass" sucks! After speaking to a "camping manager" he was unable to help in any way and made it seem like I was in the wrong! I drove from SC for my children to see Santa when I could have gone many other places! Never again will I waste another penny on bass pro shop and I will tell others of this horrible experience!!!
Santa pictures were wonderful. Kids got to ride a carousel and play games....and we didn't have to pay which was really good. Kids enjoyed all the decorations and the fish swimming. Lots of nice clothes and good decorations. Found a 4 wheeler my son would love. Employees were very nice and helpful.
Going here tomorrow to take the kids see Santa!!
Normally, I love this store. We drove a while, not quite from SC, to see Santa. No where on your website does it say that you MUST have a Bass Pass. We were turned down at the line and were told to get a Bass Pass. Then we were told there were none left for the day. My husband got mad an started talking to the lady sternly and she called security on him! He called for a manager but he said they were booked until 9:00pm. I can't believe you guys are open when the rest of Sugarloaf Mills is closed. Its very disturbing.
