Well, when you purchase a brand new $14,000 Tracker 800SX, it should be usable from day one. And when it isn't and the store mechanics say it's really messed up, the company should make it right and give you another vehicle. Three 4 hour trips there and almost a month gone by and STILL no customer satisfaction. I will never deal with them again. It's not the store employees, it's the corporate office that is not being fair.
