Dr. Nicole Yee is absolutely amazing. I was visiting family from out of town when I experienced a miscarriage, and even though I was not an established patient, she took me in without hesitation. From the moment I walked in, she treated me with such kindness, compassion, and genuine care. I see FNP Silberman who is reliably awesome. She is thorough and listens with curiosity and compassion. Their lateness policy is a little punitive given that they're so far out and the traffic can be unpredictable (if your one minute past their 5 or 10 minute cutoff they will cancel the appt.), but I get it and the quality of care is worth it. Overall, they are great and I wish they were closer to where I live.
Impossible to get in contact to make an appointment. Requesting appointments online get ignored, and calls are not picked up or get dropped. Left two voicemails and never got a call back.
Worst experience with Dr Tsai bedside manners were horrendous after my surgery that did not go well January 2024 hiatal hernia repair the rest of the year I had to have dilations cost me an arm and a leg. Nobody wanted to help a year later. I’m working with Stanford. I’m back with a hiatal hernia and a lot worse issues. The worst experience I’ve ever had.
The doctor I had was so incompetent- not only did not get the job done but also sent me to unnecessary additional check by ultra sounds. The billing department was super slow on processing refunds - said it will take them 6 weeks on issuing a check! All other doctor office I visited are issuing credit to the card that made the payment and only take a day or two weeks at most. Avoid the office at all cost.
