Dr. Nicole Yee is absolutely amazing. I was visiting family from out of town when I experienced a miscarriage, and even though I was not an established patient, she took me in without hesitation. I see FNP Silberman who is reliably awesome. She is thorough and listens with curiosity and compassion. Their lateness policy is a little punitive given that they're so far out and the traffic can be unpredictable (if your one minute past their 5 or 10 minute cutoff they will cancel the appt.), but I get it and the quality of care is worth it. Overall, they are great and I wish they were closer to where I live.

Impossible to get in contact to make an appointment. Requesting appointments online get ignored, and calls are not picked up or get dropped. Left two voicemails and never got a call back.

The doctor I had was so incompetent- not only did not get the job done but also sent me to unnecessary additional check by ultra sounds. The billing department was super slow on processing refunds - said it will take them 6 weeks on issuing a check! All other doctor office I visited are issuing credit to the card that made the payment and only take a day or two weeks at most. Avoid the office at all cost.

Had to reschedule to to their own OR prep staff delaying my procedure as well as both the surgeon needing to "leave early." Yet they haven't rescheduled, won't return calls, and will bill you for not even getting the surgery done but say you did. Stay away and seek other reputable places that don't lie to you about the surgery and then have the prep team not on the same page as the surgeon, as well as not knowing what they are doing and using you as a test subject and practice to teach those who are shadowing...
