I love my Primary Care Physician Dr. Pammi and her Nurse Practitioner Katherine Silberman. Super professional, nice caring, and efficient!
I came to Bass to see Dr. Chin. He is super sweet and efficient, but both times I had to wait 40 minutes after the start of my appointment time. I am a nurse and understand that doctors notoriously run late, but 40 minutes each appointment is pretty outrageous. The second appointment was just to tell me my ultrasound came back perfectly normal and lasted less than one minute. To wait that long over an appointment that easily should have been a note on my chart sent to me was a waste of time!
