We like bass lake, but we've noticed that it has changed over the past couple of years. The piers are terrible, my brother broke through boards and bruised and cut up his leg pretty bad. They should be replaced as the poles that my our boat was docked to were coming up from the bottom of the lake. It would be great if there was more to do for the kids, better playground equipment in the campground, and stuff maybe for them to do if it's a rainy day.
For some reason the sand is so hard and clumpy its nothing like I’ve ever seen before the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting if this was a free beach I wouldn’t mind if the bathrooms were disgusting but when you’re charging $10 for a car full of people hire somebody to clean them up. Can’t say If we will ever come back.

The accommodations are great. The lake is beautiful and clean.
It was nice and quiet. However, the beach needed some TLC and the water was only knee deep. Kayak rentals were reasonable though. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and appeared quite worn.

That mother nature is killing us! She won't stop shifting the sand. Next year, God and the park board willing.. we'd like to see some work done on the big house. Hopefully we can get the bathrooms looking better. But thank you very much for the recommendation!
Wonderful place to take the kids! Wish other guests would accompany their children to the bathroom so they don’t make messes and for the love of god flush the toilet! and also SMOKERS THROW AWAY YOUR CIGARETTE BUTTS! There are trash cans all over! Let’s keep the beach cleaned up so the workers can work on other things to continuously make it better!!

Nice quiet place to lounge with family, not crowded and kids had fun. NO WHERE to fish. Not a terrible place to get some sun though.
