Exceptional service and personnel. Definitely recommend.
I had to take my father to an appointment he had with BASS imaging. The imaging is in a large complex of doctors offices, including an OBGYN and several others (i included a picture of the list of doctors/services the center provides). From the outside it still has the look of the Shadelands buildings from 40+ years ago but the inside has, from its appears, been recently remodeled. Quick, friendly and cheap.
I almost never leave negative reviews, but this time I felt I had to. No one looking for medical care should ever be treated the way I was. I had a CT scan scheduled with BASS Imaging for over a week. When I called, I spoke with a representative named Tanya, and the experience was extremely upsetting. She was impatient, dismissive, and spoke to me with very little patience. Several times while I was trying to explain my situation, she muted me while I was still talking. I must meet the worst employee of this great rating institute. I called first to schedule my appointment, but they told me that I can come in person, no appointment is needed. When I came in person on a Friday, the front desk lady said they do not do X-ray on Fridays. Okay understood. Since I was already there, I asked “can you please check my order to make sure everything is all good so that I can come back next Monday”. She just refused to check.
