I've been coming here for MRIs for the past two years, and both visits involved problems with the office staff and billing department. Each time, I was asked to prepay about $300 even though my insurance covered the full cost, and it took months to receive a refund. For my most recent breast MRI, I requested a female technician when I scheduled the appointment, but the technician made me feel guilty for asking because she had to stay late. Overall, the experience was very uncomfortable.
Dr Straznika is the best in every way.
Great experience. Quick, easy, clean. Great communication prior to appointment. At the actual appointment, front desk staff and the technician were all kind, helpful and friendly.

I have severe closterphobia and the team at BASS imaging Walnut creek went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable for my MRI test. They have ear muffs with music 🎶 a TV screen with nature sceens to watch while your in the machine. The equipment is top of the line. The staff made sure I was comfortable and took such good care of me! I highly recommend them and will be coming back for my future imaging needs.
