Took my 2002 f150 there this morning to have the plugs changed. They will now be my new mechanics! They were recommended by a friend of mine. Very straightforward and honest about what is needed or not and what you can get by with if needed due to what can be afforded at the time. They absolutely know their stuff, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them!
Get a second opinion. Truck had a knocking sound coming from the rear. Was quoted $4800 for a new rear axle assembly, 2 new axle shafts and gear oil. Had it towed to GMC dealership. It was a loose wheel and the spacer was making the knocking sound. $269 to repair.
After the repair shop I used for 20 years closed I have taken our family cars to Bass Auto and have been impressed with the quality of their work, the timeliness of their service, and most importantly, their integrity. After 2 years of using Bass, they have been reliable and honest and the workmanship has been solid.

Great, honest service. Charles and Liz truly care about their customers. They have done some complicated electrical repair from squirrels, routine maintenance, advised of an issue I wasn't aware of, and quickly replaced a battery that went bad near closing time. Peace of mind goes a long way, and I know repairs will be done correctly the first time.
