I came to Bass to ask them if they could look over my car after having some work done at a shop next door. Two weeks prior I had my car serviced/brake pads and rotors changed at the other shop and last night while driving I heard metal scraping metal and knew something was wrong. I had my car towed back to the original shop so they could check it out and attempt to make things right while it was still under warranty.
