I have taken 3 cars to this shop over the past few years. The mechanics are top shelf very knowledgeable and through. The front office has been completely fair with billing. This has been a good trustworthy old-school shop in my experience - not an easy thing to find.
I just recommended a friend I sold my old car to to this shop, because they've taken such good care of my car when it needed repairs (almost a 20yo car). Last year, the day before a hurricane was supposed to hit very close to Tallahassee, my window broke. I called them, they said they could fix it that day!! They are a blessing; I didn't have to worry about my car being flooded during the storm. Peace of mind, and quality care. These are the best mechanics in town!!
I cannot say enough good things about Bass Auto Repair. I have been going there since Al Bass still owned it and continued when Charles took over. They are honest and reliable and have saved me thousands of dollars. Today, they let me know that my issue was a recall and to take it to the dealership. They printed everything I needed to show the dealership and sent me on my way without charging me a dime.
