Excellent Service!! Ted the Service Technician was awesome. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it and able to save us money. One of the very few places that work on Samsung. Thorough, efficient, and dependable!

Bass Appliance is the only place I recommend for parts and service. Very nice people and great customer service!
Worst shop around waiting over a week and half for them to come look at a dryer then the day their supposed to show up they don't and hour later I called but made every excuse in the book why they weren't coming that day no call or anything,, very piss poor shop and i recommend never using them.

Just to set the record straight, we always call before we go to a customers home to verify they still need us to do the repair, if the phone has been disconnected as in this case we WILL NOT show up! We do pride ourself in great customer service as most people will tell you!
