Reposting a review I originally wrote a year ago and accidentally deleted Although the staff is very pleasant to work with, I am overall extremely disappointed with my experience at Basma Hameed Clinic. I completed a total of 12 sessions and paid approximately $8,400. While my scars are slightly lighter, the results are nowhere near what was implied during consultations or what is marketed through social media and influencers. At initial consultation, Fridda @ reception collected full payment of treatment which then I was introduced to Basma , technician who did the pigment placements on white scars on promise results guaranteed @ 90% that could last for 10 years with no risk at all. To my surprised that on last 3rd appointment and treatment becoming worst than original look that was when Frida made me signed the risk associated with the treatments. Always an amazing time coming into this clinic! The whole team makes me feel safe and welcome and they finally gave me the confidence to take photos and wear a bikini again. Can’t thank them all enough for transforming my life for the better.…beyond grateful. Do yourself a favor and come here if you have scars or stretch marks
