My family and I came in around 7:35 7:40. The cashier was great but the crew member was not happy about serving us. Cashier asked if co worker could help with ice cream and she replied "I sure dont". Very rude and bothered because she had 20 minutes left to serve the public.
Terrible experience I would never recommend this place to anyone if you ever come across this place just simply turn or run away
The morning shift crew is super friendly and welcoming, even when they’re very busy. Unfortunately, the closing shift experience was disappointing. Refusing to serve food 40 minutes before closing at the only Dunkin near the beach is unreasonable and not what customers would expect. I hope management can provide better training
My daughter has a dairy allergy and finding ice cream shops that serve dairy free ice cream (other than fruity sorbets) is difficult. I’m so grateful this location has a dairy free option for her (DF cookies and cream). We’ve been here twice so far this week, and the gentleman who served us was beyond kind, even when we showed up 5 minutes before closing time.
I'd say that it's an ok spot for ice cream
