Baskin Robins @holmes beaxh is the worst! We were the first ones in at the time and the last ones served! They need to be more apparent t if there is an ice cream line or order pay line! When brought to their attn they didn’t care! No organization at this restaurant at all, they didn’t even acknowledged us when we walked in
Employee went out of her way to make experience great for our little kids
We walked in at 7:50pm and they closed at 8pm. There were two employees that just ignored us. We finally asked are you guys open and the female employee said “our district manager said we could close early.”We responded with your sign says 8pm. The employee just sat on break and did nothing and my wife said the sign says 8pm and the employee flipped my wife off. So we walked down to Holy Cow which had a line out the door but serviced everyone.
The friendliest staff and best ice cream cakes!
Ice cream was good but felt terrible for the girl waiting on us. She just stood there until I asked very politely for a single waffle cone. She never smiled and did not speak. I just felt sorry for someone so sad about their job.
