Though the ice cream and cone tasted good the portion is SO SMALL. I got a premium waffle cone 2 scoops. The scoops were smaller than a tennis ball (I'm not sure how to describe the size in between golf ball and tennis ball) maybe 2" diameter... It didn't fit the cone and sunk to the bottom so I ate mostly ice cream cone. All for $12.95! I was so disappointed and begrudgingly paid.
Ice cream is good, sizing is totally off on what they consider a scoop. I’m pretty sure we got a half a kids size for like $8. Then when I mentioned about it she assured me that was their sizing lol never again
The worst customer service I have gone to with my family. They only deal with clients they know, they didn’t acknowledge my family for whatever reason. So sad baskin robins has turned into a franchise with little value to customer service
3 of 4 items on the one screen wasn't available. The workers seemed annoyed we were even there. Then came the ice cream, 1 scoop is literally 1 scoop. $5.99+ for 1 single scoop. That's not including cone. Terrible customer service and a rip off in my opinion. Save your time and money and just go buy a tub of Ben & Jerry's from the store. Very disappointed and will not ever go back to any Baskin Robbins.
Service great. Ixe cream cake was decorated perfectly. Tge ice cream cake was a big hit at the birthday celebration 🎂
