Would give it a zero star if I had the option. The manager who runs this shop shouldn’t even be in customer service. Terrible lady. Pissed off everyone waiting to be served. Gives you attitude even when you’re standing quietly. A lot of customers walked away just because of her attitude. People are there just to get their ice cream. The manager needs to realize that no one is there to deal with her bullshit.
Girl at the counter BR was rude
Visited the location by Galaxyland. Very unorganized. No signs or indicators of where to line up. Customers are arguing who was first. Staff was not helpful at all in helping to determine the line up or ordering sequence. There are other places to go for ice cream and desserts at the mall. I will definitely not be going back and I did not end up ordering there due to the chaos!

I’ve gone here a few times and I have always had a good experience. Nice and efficient service, and the icecream tastes so good! I wish they brought Beach Day back
