Me and my husband was planning to buy an ice cream and not yet decided with the flavors we want to get , we were standing there for almost 7mins 2 staff were busy but 1 lady was trying to be busy wiping tops even if she noticed that we were waiting over there to be assisted . Afrer 1 staff finished assisting her customer she attend us . And we asked for a freshpack of ice cream that will cost us 18 dollars . Have visited the location by the water park a few times. At Valentine’s Day we wanted the feature flavor in a heart but not available for whatever reason. The lady pulling cakes to show me, well, her dreadlocks were dangling on the cakes she was pulling out to show me. Happy the one I picked most resembled a heart and did not have a dreadlock scrape across it. 🤢. Very disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins WEM on Saturday June 6 afternoon. My wife and her 88-year-old mother purchased and paid for an ice cream cone. As they were leaving the store, a young employee loudly accused them of leaving without paying. My wife explained that they had already paid another employee, who immediately confirmed that the payment had been received.
