Went to both locations one 15 mins before close 8:45 and turned away, told that they were not open anymore went to the next location 10 minutes before close 8:50 also told that they are closed. “I started my shift early” Don’t think these guys want any business. What a waste of time. Pretty sure west Edmonton mall closes at 9pm as well as your store hours listed here.
Came in at 8:47 PM, well before the 9:00 PM closing time, and was refused service. The employee named Kay (she was wearing all black clothes and a black hijab) told us they were “already closed” and said she had tasks to complete and couldn’t serve customers when there was two people working at the time. Great deals but no service. A very quiet mall . Seemed well staffed but no one believes in customer service or even saying hello. We walked away. Marbel slab is also in the mall
