Horrible service..very dismissive..rude..just bad all bad.i couldn't even get a donut 😡😡
Very poor customer service. As lady called Miaza was very nasty. There’s no management after 6pm according to her. Forget asking for baskin Robbins the lady said it’s not a baskin robbin even though the website states that. Mind you she is not a manager. I drove 30 mins bc it said 24 hrs drive thru and have never experienced this from a baskin Robbins so if you would like late night snacks please do yourself a favor and go to the baskin Robbins in Hyatsville. They have great customer service there.
Not open 24 hours!!! Wasted Lyft to get there. It’s in a gas station
