I had one of the worst experiences ever at Baskin Robbins. The staff were extremely rude, their clothes looked dirty, and hygiene was basically nonexistent. Right in front of me, an employee dropped ice cream into the container, then casually reached in with their bare hand (no gloves), grabbed it, and continued serving like nothing happened.
