I had one of the worst experiences ever at Baskin Robbins. The staff were extremely rude, their clothes looked dirty, and hygiene was basically nonexistent. Right in front of me, an employee dropped ice cream into the container, then casually reached in with their bare hand (no gloves), grabbed it, and continued serving like nothing happened. Terrible stomach cramps, gas and diariah after their milk shake. I generally consume lots of milk, cream and cheese so not lactose intolerant. I had half of one of their milkshakes with my meal yesterday and assumed my symptoms where from the meal. I had the other half of the milkshake today and within 30 minutes was in agony. Definitely the milkshake.
